Kawabata Makoto, lomography, 2004

This lomo-photo was taken at the first or second Acid Mothers Temple concert in Zagreb. I'm not quite certain now... the first concert was astonishing... the second great... the rest (5 or 6 times) were ordinary... I've missed the last one with Coco Rosie :(...

..., lomography, 2007

I just needed to post something this evening here, because I've been working lately on moving my blog Personal Cyber Botanica from WP.com to WP.org, and after several days of heavy searchin' for a new blog theme (yeah, a retro or vintage type)... I feel so exhausted... Beside that, I've realized that I haven't developed several films in my analogue cameras (Diana - middle format, Rollei and Fish Eye - leica format), not to mention my digital photos which are untouched for months (oh, my day job is killin' me)... and I miss writing for my blog... and hate rainy days in Zagreb... but, as a proud new driver, deeply enjoyin' in crusing through the city with my retro-chiq GolfZwei! (sorry, but If beautiful disco retro style of 80' is totally IN for the last 6 years, now it's time for 90'!)...

Logo for inSEEcp

This is supposed to be a photography blog, but because I was working last couple of days on the project for Informal Network of South-East European Cultural Portals, here is the logo I’ve designed for the project. I wanted to mix up classic ‘pure’ shapes of typography and something ‘digital kinda’ together. I’ve used then, Century Gothic typeface and Andreas Nylin’s Humanoid font… the result is here… Typography in general is a beautiful branch of graphic design… but, unfortunately, good typographers never get the fame as industrial designers, right?!
