Aco the cyclist, lomography, 2006

Aco the cyclist is an inspiring icon for all citizens of Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Aco has been driving a professional Italian bicycle with fully equipment for more then sixty or seventy years through out the whole Bosnia... I'm not quite certain if he had ever participated at a professional bicycle race... two years ago I took this photo of him at the sort of cafe /garden in Mostar, and what made me sad back then, was the fact that he couldn't drive his bike anymore... he shifted his fully professional Italian racing bike. Aco the cyclist... a hidden secret...
